Shipping policy

All products sold by RubiBloom are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Digital files are delivered electronically after payment has been successfully completed. Customers can access their files through the download link provided on the order confirmation page or sent to the email address used during checkout.

Most files are available immediately. In some cases, payment processing or email delivery may cause a short delay. Please allow up to 24 hours for your download email to arrive and check your spam or promotions folder.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring that their device and software are compatible with the file formats listed in the product description.

If you have not received your files within 24 hours or experience a problem with your download, please contact us at hello@rubibloom.club and include your order number.

No shipping fees apply because all products are delivered digitally.
